No one shall enter the park between 7:00 PM and 5:00 AM without the written permission of the custodian except in hotels, lodges or designated places.

However, local people or people from villages that can only be reached through the park will not be prevented from coming and going through the park or government employees entering the park at any time in the course of their work.
